So I fell yesterday.

Not sure if it was the uneven pavement I was on, or my non skills as a multi tasker showing off since I was also in a conversation.

If you look for visual battle scars you will only find a skinned knee. You won't see the pain in my shoulders, or my right leg,

or the random shooting pain in my back...

or that EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. of my fingers ache.

(Guess they were trying to play hero and break my fall.)

Just got me thinking about how many times we just see the glaring hurt in someone...

the addictions...

the outburst of anger...

the depression...

when usually there's a whole thread of issues that need to be healed.
