SHE IS EZER.

For my last #sheisseptember post I want to end with the name God calls me.

Years ago while reading and researching different women in the Bible I came across the original meaning of the name God gave to Eve.

He called her Ezer-Kenegdo . Ezer has typically been translated in English Bibles as “helper”, but every other time it is used in the Old Testament it is used in a military context.

So “strong helper” or warrior is what God called the woman he created. Can I tell you I had revival right there in my house when I discovered this!?🙌🏻 I had tried to pray away my “strong helper” because I thought it was wrong and ungodly. When God himself is the one who designed me with strength and the desire to save and rescue. He created me to be a warrior.
