This is week 3 in the spring seasonal journal. Unless we are intentional in how we desire to live each day. We can tend to live life on the autopilot and be pulled toward the loudest voice or distraction of the moment. God can speak to us in so many different ways, creating space to give still helps us to connect with our creator, which is our ultimate source of life. For many, journaling is one of the most life giving practices. It helps us to get still and know God. The practice of writing slows us down and allows us to breathe, allowing Holy Spirit to lead, comfort and instruct us. Matthew 11 verses 28 through 30 from the message read. Are you tired, worn out, burnt out in religion? Get away with me and you will recover your life. I'll show you how to take a real rest walk with me. Come to me. And work with me. Watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.

I.

Won't lay anything heavy or ill sitting on you. Keep company with me and you will learn to live freely and lightly. The God that design informs you knows you better than you know yourself. Your creator planted the seeds of his image uniquely in you and desires to Co labor with you in revealing the beauty of his goodness and mercy in the world. He desires to walk with you through every season. And is faithful to complete what he started. Week 3 recognizing change. In the delicate embrace of spring, a harmonious convergence of weather changes and the graceful choreography of colors and faults, the very air becomes the invitation, a subtle yet compelling call to engage in the gentle and revitalizing program of the shifting. Seasons. Joining in the dance of spring, we find ourselves drawn into the poetic rhythm of change and experience, both invigorating and transformative. In the ever shifting tapestry of our surroundings, A captivating transformation unfolds. A transformation that requires courage to recognize and embrace change when the familiar landscape of our lives starts to appear different. Different not only to us. But to those around us. Here are some props for you to pray and to process this week. Do you struggle with change? What is changing right in front of you that you are not recognizing? Where are you resisting changing your life? The changing landscape that is invisible to many of us already this spring is a beautiful reminder that change is. Part of life. And maybe you or someone that loves change and you find change invigorating. Or maybe change is hard for you and you find yourself resisting change in your life. One of the things that is certain in life is change. Like it or hate it, change is coming in. A beautiful, transformative change might be right in front of you, but you don't have the eyes to see it. So what is changing? Right in front of you that you maybe are not recognizing in this season. I am praying that as we walk through this spring season of growth that we will each allow the spirit of God to reveal the changes that need to be embraced in our lives so that we will fully walk in all that God has for us. I pray you have a beautiful week and recognize the transformative change that is all around. You.
